- Beck Property Charrette Discussion & Dates: This is currently scheduled for April 5th & 6th during Carroll County's Spring Break and CAMO recommends rescheduling to a later date. In addition, this charrette is being planned and facilitated by the Beck Development Team--NOT an independent party.
- Plan for a 17 ft tall, lighted sign for Delta Home Group Realty on Ridgeside Drive
- Mixed Use Ordinance Update 2023-01: Proposed Modifications to the MXD Zoning. This would be a significant improvement to the existing code, but CAMO recommends work on the language (gross vs. net developable acreage).
- Cube-Smart Mini Storage Expansion: Twin Ridge Professional Park; for reintroduction
