Greentree Village

The Greentree development includes 39 townhomes, 16 villas, and 5 single-family homes. Instead of the initially planned commercial building adjacent to the residential subdivision, a Town Police Station is now anticipated to be constructed.

The pre-concept sketch plan was approved by the Town Council in September 2022 in a 4-1 vote (Galletti, Reed, Poirier, Munder - Yea; Domotor - Nay).

The pattern book was approved in June 2024 and the subdivision plan was approved with conditions in July 2025.

Position Statement: The Greentree development must be carefully planned, ensuring sufficient parking for both residents and their visitors, along with convenient access to the open space offered by the developer.
